Cascade Volleyball is a Washington State Non-Profit Amateur Athletics Corporation that provides a fun and informative place for young athletes to learn volleyball skills and gain experience to become stronger players for their school teams and gain a life-long love of the game of volleyball. Our goal is to provide excellent coaching and a valuable volleyball experience in Seattle at a reasonable cost.
To promote, educate and expand the volleyball sport using principles of teamwork, individual responsibility and good sportsmanship in competitive, learning and non-competitive activities.

We will be updating our coaching list and all of the club information throughout the month of September and early October - please refer to the Club Teams tab for updated information. (Information is currently for reference only from last season).
Cascade plans to hold at least 1 team at each of the following age groups:
U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U17/U18
We hope to carry 2 teams at the following age groups:
U13, U14 *U15 only after U13 and U14 coaching slots are filled.
Our limiting factor is coaches. If you know of anyone interested in coaching - please have them contact us. We are looking for Head/Assistant or Co-Coaches.
Setting Clinic: This clinic focuses on proper technique, footwork and tactics
Hitting Clinic: This clinic focuses on proper footwork, arm swing and jumping mechanics
Basic Serving Clinic: This clinic is intended for players who are still learning or want to improve their overhand serve. No jump float or spin serves will be covered (see Advanced Serving). Proper mechanics for the standing serve will be taught.
Advanced Serving Clinic: This clinic is intended for players who can consistently serve overhand. Proper mechanics will be reviewed and focus will be on practicing placement for the standing serve and introducing the jump float and spin serves.

Initially we will offer a Sunday Clinic Series for Adv. Beg to Advanced players only. As gym time becomes available (we have to wait for Seattle Schools to open up reservations), we may offer Beginning Clinics - otherwise those will begin in December.
