High School Summer Programs Survey
We are considering the following options and if you respond you are interested in a Summer Camp - we will automatically enroll you (first come first serve due to limited space) - so that you will have a spot if you want it before we advertise to the rest of our list.
  • Indoor Open Gym 1/week (likely at Shoreline Christian) (drop in options available with punch card).  Monday or Wednesday nights.
  • Outdoor Grass Program (2 on 2, 3 on 3) at Ravenna Park Tues/Thurs each week... We run this for MS players but can dedicate a net exclusively to HS players. (drop in options available with punch card).

Advanced Camp WILL be offered instead of intermediate camp due to responses already received.  We will offer advanced slots to those that have already returned the survey and then open up registration to everyone else.

There are no longer options to choose Advanced or Intermediate camps.  Please continue to fill out the survey if you are interested in Advanced, Grass or Indoor.

Cascade will be offering a summer grass program again this summer.  The goal of this program is to give players an opportunity to continue to play and develop skills in a casual and fun environment.  Parents are encouraged to bring food and and enjoy a picnic and socialize while the girls play.

This program is intended for advanced middle school players 7th and 8th graders for fall 2017 - and all club players (5th-8th grade).  Players must be able to consistently serve and control the ball in a rally in game like situations of 2 on 2 and 3 on 3.  Please contact us if you are unsure if your player is eligible for this program.

(Register and pay for our clinics BEFORE purchasing USAV, we cannot refund USAV fees if your player does not get into our classes because they are full).

Cascade VBC is pleased to start offering Functional Movement Screenings, or FMS.

What is FMS?

- FMS is a preventative injury tool many pro sports organizations use to maximize the efficiency and decrease risk of injury to their athlete’s movement patterns.

- It is a series of 7 movement tests; you will be scored based on your quality of each movement. The lower the score, the more susceptible you are to injury.

Why is FMS beneficial to you or your athlete?

- To be put simply, you will move more efficiently, prevent injury, and become a better athlete.

-Signing up for a 60 min session, you will receive your screen results, knowing how vulnerable you are to injury, corrective exercises to prevent these injuries, and exercise resistance bands.

This is performed by our very own Megan Robinson. She has been coaching volleyball for over 8 years, and has been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy in Bellevue. She is FMS level 1&2 certified and is eager to prevent injuries in athletes!

Price for 1 hr session- $80

To sign up or for questions please email Megan Robinson at mrobinson@peaksportsandspinept.com
