CVBC Payment Policies: 

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be given if a player pulls out before the start of the first meeting (per the deadlines listed for each below) minus an administrative fee (see rates below). We are not able to give refunds for sessions missed, even if due to injury (all our costs are paid up-front.)

Summer Camps:            $50 processing fee and must cancel by June 1st.

Tryout Fees:                   Non-refundable

Clinic Series Cost:          $150 or less, $20 processing fee - 7 days in advance of first meeting

                                        Greater than $150, $35 processing fee - 7 days in advance of first meeting

Punch Cards:                  Can be shared when offered for a "drop in" program
                                         Non-refundable and are "use or lose" during the stated program period.

Single Day Clinics:          Non-refundable
(usually < $30)

Small Group Lessons:    $20 processing fee per lesson canceled (even if purchased in a series). - 24 hours in advance.

Partial refunds will not be given if you reduce the number of participants for Small Group Lessons.  For example, you paid for 3 players, but only 2 can participate.

NOTE: All refunds will be sent via check to the address on file (please make sure its correct) within one week of request. If address on file is incorrect, you will be responsible for any canceled check fees.

Credit: If a player pulls out of the entire series more than 7 days before the first session date of a program, credit for the full amount may be applied to your account, to be used within 6 months. HOWEVER, this credit is “USE OR LOSE”, so if you are not sure you will be attending a future session, we recommend requesting a refund instead of a credit.

Pro Rate Policy: We do not pro-rate for planned sessions missed, but we have a very generous make-up policy for clinics. (See Below).  Periodically, for certain age groups, we may offer a special pro-rated option, especially if we do not offer other clinics that they can attend to make up for missed clinics during the same session.

Make Up Policy: Cascade does not refund or pro-rate for sessions missed.  However, if you email us in advance AND there is room in one of our other clinics during the same session, we will offer to let players attend a different time to make up for a missed session.  This is a very generous policy and we appreciate you understanding that we cannot always accommodate every request, but we will do our best to work with the schedule.  (We rarely refuse any requests).

Discount Policy:  No Refunds for discount amounts will be provided if discounts are not applied at the time of registration. 

Rescheduling: Very infrequently, a session of a clinic series may be rescheduled to a later date due to weather, coach illness, or for unplanned events (such as Seattle playing in the Superbowl).  If a session is rescheduled to a later date and a player cannot make that date, the player is welcome to attend another clinic date or take a "credit" for future use. We will offer a refund if we have to cancel a date and are unable to offer a make-up date.

USAV Membership Required: Note that in addition to the program cost, all players will need a current USAV membership: $27 for a Limited Jr. Membership; for players who are U11 there is a $15 U11 Youth Membership. No refunds will be provided in the event the player cannot participate due to missing USAV Registration or required forms.
